The Role
As an Executive Search Consultant focusing on the US market, you will lead senior-level searches across our specialized industrial sectors. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, developing a deep understanding of industry trends and talent needs within these highly technical markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full executive search process for C-suite and senior management roles
- Develop and nurture client relationships across the US energy and industrial sectors
- Create targeted search strategies to identify exceptional talent
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and detailed market mapping
- Provide consultative advice to clients on organizational structure and talent strategy
- Contribute to business development efforts and growth of our US market presence
Required Experience
- Proven track record in executive search, with specific experience in one or more of our focus sectors: Filtration, Nonwoven, Oil & Gas, Power, or Renewables
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and talent landscape
- Ability to sell retained search solutions
- Excellent research and headhunting capabilities
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
