Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the aerospace & defence sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the aerospace & defence sector
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
- Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to aerospace & defence leadership roles
- Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement

Minimum Qualifications:
