Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the aerospace & defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the aerospace & defence sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to aerospace & defence leadership roles
  • Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
  • Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in aerospace & defence

Minimum Qualifications:
