London-based education recruiters! We have a unique opportunity for someone looking for a role with a twist. Our exclusive client provides nannies and governesses to teach and provide childcare in private households worldwide. The office is located in Mayfair.
We are seeking a special individual to develop this sector of the business through a results-based work model, not KPI-driven. You should be: hungry, ambitious, resilient, entrepreneurial, well-spoken, and well-presented.
We offer: a basic salary up to £35,000, with a realistic OTE of £65,000-£75,000, plus discretionary bonuses and promotional opportunities as the business grows. The role includes a split workweek from home.
