What You\’ll Be Doing

As our Divisional Recruitment Manager, you\’ll be responsible for driving growth across our public sector portfolio, covering permanent placements throughout the UK. You\’ll have immediate access to live vacancies through our presence on all major frameworks, giving you a competitive edge from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a growing team of recruitment consultants
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client management
  • Source and place candidates across Government, Health, Education, and IT Digital Transformation sectors
  • Utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and methodologies to identify top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with key public sector clients and stakeholders
  • Implement best practices and mentor junior team members
  • Take ownership of divisional P&L and performance metrics
  • What We\’re Looking For

    Essential Experience:

  • Proven track record in public sector recruitment with deep market knowledge
  • Experience across Government, Health, Education, and IT Digital Technology sectors
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams
  • Expertise in modern candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment technology
  • Demonstrable success in a target-driven, commission-based environment
  • Business development acumen with the ability to win new clients and frameworks
