The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in marketing roles, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, building your own desk within our successful team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a network of marketing professionals (digital, content, brand, etc.)
- Source high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Build relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and culture
- Create and post compelling job ads
- Screen and interview candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to placement and aftercare
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM
- Attend networking events and industry meetups
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven sales or recruitment experience (marketing experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development skills
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure
- Resilient and adaptable
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
