Digital Marketing Recruitment Consultant

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: Β£25,000 – Β£35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE Β£45,000 – Β£70,000)

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll identify and place ambitious talent across the full spectrum of marketing disciplines. This comprehensive role spans traditional marketing communications, PR, campaign management, product marketing, and the entire digital marketing ecosystem. You\’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, working with professionals ranging from entry-level to senior positions.
