Working from our Leeds office on a hybrid basis, we partner with some of the world's most recognised organisations across FMCG and CPG, Quick Service Restaurants, Consumer Healthcare, Infrastructure and Retail identifying and securing the leadership talent that shapes their futures.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an intellectually curious, commercially minded individual to join our delivery team in support of a Senior Director, playing a hands-on role in retained executive search assignments spanning international markets.
An experienced recruiter ready to step up into the more strategic, research-led world of retained executive search.
A commercially or operationally experienced professional from industry who is serious about building a long-term career in executive search and leadership advisory.
Whichever your background, you will be someone who is driven by quality, motivated by relationships and energised by working at the senior end of the market.
- Identifying and engaging senior executive talent across FMCG, CPG, QSR, Consumer Healthcare, Infrastructure and Retail.
- Conducting detailed outreach and assessment conversations with senior leaders.
- Producing market insight reports and talent intelligence for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Building long-term, trust-based relationships with senior executives and industry figures.
- A relationship-driven approach and a long-term mindset.
- Commercial awareness, whether gained through recruitment, industry or a professional services background.
- Ambition to develop a career within executive search and leadership advisory.
Prior executive search experience is not essential. We are more interested in how you think, how you engage with people and how committed you are to building something meaningful.
You will work closely with experienced executive search professionals and gain direct exposure to senior-level hiring processes, leadership assessment, client engagement and global market mapping building the skills and networks that underpin a successful long-term career in this field.
