As we grow internationally, we're looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our established Manchester team and play a key role in supporting our key accounts across electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines.
This is a delivery-focused position, working closely with existing clients across Attis's core engineering verticals. You'll own the full candidate journey from sourcing and engagement through to placement supporting a portfolio of established accounts without the cold-start pressure of pure 360 billing.

23+ years' recruitment experience, ideally within a technology or engineering sector.
Experience in a 180 or 270 recruitment model; you thrive on delivery and building candidate relationships.

Hybrid working: 4 days in our modern Manchester HQ, 1 day from home.
