About the Role:

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our clients growing Cambridge office, focusing on white and blue-collar roles across the region. You’ll be stepping into a warm desk consistently billing £16–17k/month, giving you the chance to build on strong foundations and take things to the next level. This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage client relationships, source top talent, and deliver exceptional service across both temporary and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of construction/commercial clients
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
  • Building and maintaining your candidate network
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity KPI's and targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment (construction/commercial experience preferred)
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Motivated, target-driven mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Full UK driving licence (some local travel required)
