Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our small team to generate business for an EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CRM
Can you Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education recruitment sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and negotiation
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product enhancement
Work closely with the development team to provide valuable feedback from clients and contribute to product improvement
To communicate effectively with current clients, gain feedback and identify areas of improvement
Leading TEAMS meetings with the goal of providing in depth product DEMO’s and answering questions from clients
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the software or tech industry OR within the field of Education recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of the education recruitment sector is advantageous
The ability to work well in a remote capacity ensuring you are accountable to your goals and able to communicate well with management teams.
