White Collar Perms Construction Recruitment Consultant required in Bristol.
Basic to £35k plus great commission structure OTE £60k for your first year plus other benefits.
You will be responsible for building relationships with existing and lapsed clients as well as the sourcing and development of new business opportunities. The role will include the full 360 degree of recruitment. In addition to winning new business opportunities, you will be required to source suitable candidates and manage the entire recruitment selection process.
We will consider Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers looking for a change as long as your focus is on networking and sales. Our client has also invested heavily in their digital marketing and lead generation campaigns to create warm leads and engagement. Therefore, don’t expect to be handed a yellow pages on your first day. Instead, you will walk into an active pipeline with full marketing support.
