A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's most respected legal recruitment firms at their Bristol headquarters. With over two decades of success in the legal recruitment sector, we are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our thriving private practice team.
The Role
- Drive business development initiatives across the South West legal market
- Build and maintain relationships with prestigious law firms
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for qualified lawyers across all levels
- Develop creative headhunting strategies to source passive candidates
- Contribute to the company's market-leading position in legal recruitment
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in legal recruitment or demonstrable success in professional services recruitment
- Strong business development experience with evidence of winning new clients
- Excellent understanding of the UK legal market, particularly private practice
- Outstanding relationship building and networking abilities
- Commercial acumen and the ability to spot market opportunities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
