This is a wonderful opportunity to join a business with a reputation of being a great company to work for and an opportunity to take over an established, profitable and stable branch (Now that makes a nice change doesn\’t it?)
If you would like to work for an agency which has been established for more showing continued growth, with a unique boutique feel and an environment which encourages building long term relationships with clients, not simply looking for the \”fast buck\” approach, then this could be the perfect role for you.
You should already be working as a Perms or Temps Recruitment Manager in the Transport/Logistics or Driving sector of recruitment, however successful candidates working in other recruitment sectors will be considered. Whilst being a Recruitment Manager is always about sales, this company prefers to take a more consultative approach to relationship building and business development, therefore the loud/noisy Rah Rah sales approach would definitely NOT be right for them.
You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career. This is a client facing role and you will also be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your section.
