My client is a well established and well known brand within the Education recruitment market. They have a proven record of success and as a result are now looking to open a new office in Leeds.
They are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant to set up their new branch and lead a team of 5 consultants. You will have extensive support from the Senior Management team to build a successful team and drive the branch forward.
You will have the ability and passion to lead and motivate a team to achieve their full potential. In return, the company offer an excellent salary package with one of the best and most achievable commission structures in the business offering excellent earning potential from the start.
