What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years' recruitment experience, ideally within a technology or engineering sector
  • Strong background in sourcing, candidate management and process ownership
  • Experience in a 180 or 270 recruitment model - you thrive on delivery and building candidate relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple live requirements simultaneously with pace and precision
  • Comfortable engaging highly technical candidates and articulating complex roles compellingly
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and hungry to grow within an ambitious firm
  • A background specifically in technology recruitment is required. We’re open to candidates from a range of sector backgrounds if you’re a strong delivery consultant who can learn a new market quickly.
