The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and inspire a small team of seasoned recruitment consultants. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide your team in delivering exceptional results across various IT sectors. You'll also play a key role in our expansion plans by onboarding and training new trainee consultants, ensuring robust processes are in place for long-term success. This is an office-based role to maintain high visibility and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of experienced 360 recruitment consultants, providing guidance on client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and placement strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations, including performance monitoring, target setting, and ensuring team KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Act as a 360 billing manager, maintaining your own billings while supporting the team's revenue generation.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, mentoring sessions, and professional development plans.
  • Design and implement training programs for new trainee recruitment consultants, focusing on best-practice recruitment processes, compliance, and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize team growth, identify new IT market opportunities, and enhance service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the IT sector to drive business development.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a 360 billing manager in recruitment, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Passion for coaching and staff development, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Experience in training recruitment processes, including onboarding trainees and implementing scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work office-based in Birmingham to provide visible leadership and support to the team.
