They focus on perm placements in mid sized accountancy practice firms across the wider Midlands area. The role is hybrid working with lots of flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all levels of their career and will pay between £30k - £50k depending on experience. This business is a mature and trusting business. They will provide support, training and the tools to boost your billing potential. No KPIs and no micro-management.
