Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in business development? We are seeking a talented individual to join our established finance and accounting recruitment agency in the historic city of Bath.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our team, you will focus on growing our client base and placing exceptional talent across the South West. You'll work with either transactional, part-qualified or qualified accountancy roles throughout commerce and industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business relationships with finance departments across the South West
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
- Building and maintaining your candidate network
- Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
- Contributing to the agency's continued growth and success
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within finance or accounting
- Strong business development skills with a demonstrable history of winning new clients
- Excellent relationship building abilities and a consultative approach
