We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our established finance and accounting recruitment team in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and high-performing & collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier finance and accounting professionals across various commercial and industry sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop a deep understanding of the local finance recruitment market
- Control the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets by developing existing business relationships
- Carry out business development activities to create new commercial opportunities
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments
- Provide strategic recruitment solutions to client organisations
- Provide a flawless candidate and client experience
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in finance or accounting recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and business development abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office, CRM
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
