Accountancy & Finance Recruiter (Perm Placements) - Leeds

Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established Accountancy & Finance recruiter in Leeds. They focus on perm placements in private practice Accountancy firms across the wider Yorkshire area. The role is hybrid working with lots of flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all levels of their career and will pay between £30k - £50k depending on experience. This business is a mature and trusting business. They’ll provide support, training and the tools to boost your billing potential. No KPIs and no micro-management.

Candidate

You must have at least 12 months experience of working in a similar role as a 360 billing recruiter. This means you’ll have experience of business development and negotiating of contracts as well as the sourcing and placing of suitable candidates. There are clients and lapsed clients to develop and you will also winning new business.
