We are seeking a driven and ambitious Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join a growing team in Cheshire. The Role

As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working with both existing clients and developing new business opportunities across the engineering market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with engineering clients and candidates
  • Managing permanent, contract, or temporary vacancies across a range of engineering disciplines
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
  • Business development through networking, referrals, and targeted sales activity
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement

About You

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential
