We are seeking a driven and ambitious Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join a growing team in Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with a proven track record in engineering, technical, manufacturing, or industrial recruitment who is looking to build long-term client relationships and maximise their earning potential.
The Role
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working with both existing clients and developing new business opportunities across the engineering market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with engineering clients and candidates.
- Managing permanent, contract, or temporary vacancies across a range of engineering disciplines.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates.
- Business development through networking, referrals, and targeted sales activity.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.
About You
- Previous recruitment experience is essential.
- Engineering recruitment experience is highly desirable, although recruiters from other specialist sectors will also be considered.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially focused with a proven billing history.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
