Microsoft Dynamics 365 | London | Up to £100,000 Basic

Are you a billing recruitment manager or senior team leader ready to take your career to the next level? We are a well-established, specialist ERP technology recruitment agency based in the heart of London, and we are looking for an experienced, driven billing manager to join our growing team. We focus exclusively on placing IT Contractors across all levels within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP sector, working with clients across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that combines a genuine billing focus with real leadership responsibility, a clear path to director level, and a culture built around investing in its people.

The Role

As Billing Recruitment Manager, you will manage and grow your own contractor desk, win new clients, and place contractors across European markets. You will bring energy, commercial acumen, and the confidence to lead by example on the desk. A second European language would be an advantage, though it is not essential. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

What We Are Looking For

You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally at team leader or billing manager level, with a proven track record of winning new business and managing contractor placements. Experience within the ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or broader technology recruitment space is highly desirable.

The Package

Basic salary up to £100,000, depending on experience, plus an industry-leading commission structure with no threshold, commission paid up to 30% uncapped, and a team net profit bonus on top.

The Culture and Benefits

We believe that people perform best when they are supported, rewarded, and genuinely valued. Here is what life looks like here:

  • Monthly lunch clubs and annual company events
  • Annual overseas trips for top performers
  • 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off, plus all bank holidays
  • Early finish every Friday
  • Extended lunch breaks for gym members
  • Daily fruit and refreshments
  • Funded personal development
  • Mindset coaching
  • Dedicated, ongoing training and development programme
  • Wellbeing support
  • A structured and clearly defined progression plan to director level
  • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

If you are ready to step into a role where your billing success is recognised and rewarded, and where there is a genuine roadmap to grow into a senior leader, we would love to hear from you.
