Role Responsibilities:

Build and develop a strong network of high-calibre finance and accounting professionals

Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening for commercial finance positions

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the finance and commercial sectors

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate identification to final placement

Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
