• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and organisational cultures

• Source, screen, and headhunt high-calibre candidates for roles in digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, PPC, and emerging digital disciplines

• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement

• Consistently exceed monthly billing and placement targets

• Leverage both traditional and innovative recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in digital, marketing, or creative sectors

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development

• Confident and articulate, with the ability to build rapport quickly
