  • Driving branch performance and profitability
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and clients

  • Ensuring high standards of service, safeguarding and compliance

About You

  • Previous experience within Education Recruitment
  • Proven success as a Team Leader, Business Manager or Branch Manager
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
