The Opportunity
We are a specialist recruitment agency with deep expertise in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sector, and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our London-based team and take ownership of our German market desk. This is a 360 billing role; you'll be responsible for both winning and managing client relationships and sourcing top ERP talent across Germany. If you're commercially driven, fluent in German, and have a passion for the ERP space, this could be exactly the right next move for your career.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be placing experienced ERP professionals - project managers, functional consultants, solution architects, developers, and business analysts - into businesses across Germany that are undergoing ERP implementations or upgrades. Your day-to-day will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to offer management, while building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
- Identifying and winning new clients through proactive business development
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging ERP professionals across all major platforms and systems
- Advising clients on market conditions, talent availability, and salary benchmarking
- Representing the agency at industry events and networking opportunities where relevant
What We're Looking For
You'll be a proven recruiter with a track record of billings in a specialist or technical market, and ideally with direct experience in ERP or a closely related technology sector. You should be comfortable running both the business development and delivery side of the desk, and confident communicating in German at a professional level.
- Fluency in German (C1 level minimum - you'll be speaking with clients and candidates in Germany daily)
- Demonstrable experience recruiting ERP professionals (whether SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other platforms)
- A strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle and the types of professionals involved
- Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships from scratch
- A resilient, self-motivated approach with the hunger to build and own a desk
What's on Offer
- Basic salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission with a competitive and transparent structure
- Hybrid working - 3 days in our London office, 2 days remote
- A focused, specialist niche with genuine market opportunity in Germany
- Supportive leadership team with deep sector knowledge
- Real autonomy to build and shape your desk your way
