Are you a driven recruitment professional with a proven track record in professional services, technology, or transformation markets? We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our specialist Change & Transformation practice, one of the most active and fastest-growing desks in our London office. We partner with finance, technology, and operations leaders across the UK to deliver proven transformation talent fast. Whether our clients are upgrading systems, integrating post-M&A, or delivering ERP at scale, they come to us when internal teams are stretched and specialist skills are critical.

About the Practice

Our Change & Transformation desk operates at the sharp end of major business-critical programmes. We recruit both interim and permanent talent across the full spectrum of transformation disciplines, placing specialists who deliver real change into organisations undergoing some of the most complex and high-value projects in their history.

Our placement remit spans:

  • Business change and programme management (PMO, Programme Directors, Change Managers)
  • ERP and systems implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics)
  • Post-merger integration and operating model redesign
  • Finance and technology transformation across FTSE, PE-backed, and public sector clients
  • Digital transformation, process improvement, and organisational change

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will own and develop client relationships within your chosen vertical, running a full 360 desk or focusing on business development, depending on your strengths and experience. You'll work alongside a team of senior consultants and directors who are experts in their markets and who understand how to win and retain enterprise-level clients.

Day to day, you will:

  • Build and manage relationships with senior hiring stakeholders - CPOs, CFOs, CTOs, and Heads of Change - across corporate and professional services organisations
  • Develop a pipeline of high-quality interim and permanent candidates within the transformation market
  • Run end-to-end assignments: scoping, search, shortlisting, and offer management
  • Contribute to business development through targeted outreach, networking, and market insight
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver on retained and contingency mandates
  • Represent the business at industry events, roundtables, and client briefings

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within change, transformation, technology, or professional services markets
  • A demonstrable track record of billing consistently and managing your own desk
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage at senior and C-suite level
  • Experience placing interim and/or permanent professionals into complex organisations
  • Commercial acumen and the drive to develop and grow a market

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of business change disciplines - PMO, business analysis, programme delivery, ERP - and the talent landscape that supports them
  • Experience working on retained or exclusive mandates
  • An existing network within finance, technology, or operations hiring communities

What We Offer

We're an established agency with a genuine specialism - not a generalist firm trying to cover every sector. That means credibility with clients, a warm desk with live mandates, and the infrastructure to support your success.

  • Competitive base salary (dependent on experience) with a high-earning, uncapped commission structure
  • Hybrid working - central London office with flexibility
  • A structured onboarding programme and ongoing L&D investment
  • Clear and transparent career progression to Principal, Associate Director, and beyond
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture with low staff turnover
  • Access to a well-established client portfolio, market data, and research support
