The Role
You'll work across the full UK private practice landscape, with a particular emphasis on the London market, placing legal professionals into silver circle and magic circle law firms. Working at all levels from associate through to partner, you'll be supported by a dedicated, experienced resourcer who handles candidate sourcing freeing you to focus on what you do best: building client relationships, winning mandates, and placing top legal talent. This is a billing role for someone who knows the market, has existing relationships, and is ready to hit the ground running with genuine autonomy.

- Strong knowledge of the London legal market, including silver circle and magic circle firms
- A track record of placing candidates at associate to partner level
- A relationship-driven approach and the highest standards of professionalism and client care
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
- Someone who takes pride in quality over volume and treats clients and candidates as long-term partners
