The Role
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and education professionals
- Managing and growing your own desk
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients
- Negotiating terms and securing bookings and placements
- Ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards are maintained

- Previous experience within Education Recruitment
- A proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
