We’re working with a highly established and growing recruitment agency that specialises in placing contract IT professionals across the UK. With a strong reputation in multiple IT technology niches, they have built a high-performing sales function that consistently delivers a strong pipeline of live roles — allowing you to focus on what you do best: sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused position where you will take ownership of candidate sourcing and management across a variety of IT contract roles. You’ll partner closely with the sales team, ensuring roles are filled efficiently with high-quality talent while building long-term relationships with contractors.
You will:
- Source and engage IT contract professionals across multiple tech verticals
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to live and future client requirements
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and onboarding
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, offering market insight and career guidance
- Work closely with account managers to deliver against client expectations and deadlines
- Continuously nurture candidate relationships to ensure repeat placements and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Delivery or Candidate-Focused Recruitment Consultant (ideally within IT contracts)
- Strong track record of sourcing across a range of IT disciplines (e.g. software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent candidate management skills with a relationship-first approach
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong pipeline-building habits
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively
