Are you an experienced agency recruiter looking for your next challenge? Do you want to work in a sector where no two roles are the same — where the briefs range from junior Event Executives to Heads of Events, and the clients are behind some of the UK's most exciting live experiences? We're a specialist recruitment partner to many of the UK's leading creative events and experiential agencies — the teams responsible for car launches, award shows, festival activations and beyond. We connect exceptional talent to outstanding opportunities, and we pride ourselves on being a genuine, trusted extension of our clients' businesses. We're now looking for a talented and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our supportive, close-knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating as a true 360 recruiter across a portfolio of permanent roles, working closely with both clients and candidates.
  • Proactively building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Writing compelling, targeted job adverts that attract the right talent.
  • Managing the full recruitment process — from search and interview to offer management.
  • Driving business development and identifying new opportunities within the sector.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a 360 billing role within an agency environment.
  • A background in professional services recruitment (marketing or creative sector experience would be a real advantage).
  • A genuine drive to build relationships and deliver results.
  • The confidence to develop new business alongside managing existing accounts.

What’s In It For You

  • Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission with an excellent, competitive scheme.
  • Quarterly incentives on top of your regular earnings.
  • 26 days holiday rising to 30 days with service, plus bank holidays.
  • Private healthcare.
  • 25% subsidised public transport.
  • Flexible start and finish hours.
  • Cutting-edge recruitment tools to help you work smarter.
  • A cool, modern office stocked with fresh fruit and drinks.
  • A genuinely supportive team that has your back.

The Setup

2 days per week in our Birmingham office | 3 days per week from home. A hybrid model that gives you the best of both — real team connection and the flexibility to do your best work.

If you're an ambitious recruiter ready to build something brilliant in a sector that's creative, fast-paced and genuinely exciting, we'd love to hear from you.

Equal Opportunities Employer: We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.
