Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Manufacturing/Engineering recruitment to join our clients growing Engineering Division.

This is a field-based, new business-focused role, where success will come from your ability to build relationships, open doors, and re-engage clients.

Youll spend much of your time out on the road, meeting clients face-to-face, developing opportunities, and growing your network across the Midlands.
