We are now looking for a Lead Marine Engineer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

As our Lead Marine Engineer, you will lead the engineering works of new yacht builds, commissioning projects and marine system installations. You will also be involved in occasional refit and maintenance projects. You will organise and co-ordinate day-to-day engineering activities across multiple builds, helping to plan work from initial system requirements through to commissioning and handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting technical drawings, manuals and documentation
- Completing quality checks throughout the build process
To be considered as our Lead Marine Engineer, you will need good practical knowledge across a range of yacht systems, including:
- Fresh water, grey water, black water and bilge systems
- Electrical systems, batteries, charging and distribution
- Marine electronics and navigation equipment
- Pumps, seacocks, plumbing, heating and associated onboard installations
Strong practical marine engineering experience and a broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and electronic systems on boats are essential. Excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship are also required.
