What You’ll Do

  • Optimise systems processing tens of thousands of transactions per block
  • Work on microsecond-level latency components
  • Improve sorting and simulation pipelines
  • Profile, optimise, deploy and iterate
  • Ship code that directly impacts production performance and P&L

Requirements

  • Strong systems programming in Rust or C/C++ with willingness to switch
  • Deep understanding of concurrency and lock-free structures
  • Strong knowledge of CPU cache, memory layout and branch prediction
  • Experience profiling and optimising performance critical systems
  • Comfortable owning systems end-to-end

Nice to Have

  • EVM or blockchain knowledge
  • Networking optimisation such as kernel stack or XDP
  • Auction systems or game theory experience
