Key Responsibilities
- Become the person customers rely on to find the right agricultural parts quickly and accurately.
- Keep customers and colleagues informed as you source, order and supply essential parts.
- Take pride in managing stock, checking incoming orders and keeping the parts store organised.
- Stay active with a varied mix of loading, unloading, deliveries and collections.
- Play an important part in preparing equipment for sale, supporting demonstrations and keeping the yard running smoothly.
- A positive, dependable attitude and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- The confidence to build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet skills.
- A calm, organised approach and the initiative to solve problems under pressure.
- Customer-facing experience and knowledge of modern agricultural practices.
- A full UK driving licence and a telehandler or forklift licence.
- Experience with IBCOS Gold or similar dealer management software would be a welcome advantage.
