Purpose: To provide the best level of service to customers in accordance with the Company's standards and procedures. To assist and support the Management team in all aspects of the business including sales, security, cash and stock control. To control and operate a Russells Food identifies accurately the needs of internal and external customers and works to exceed the customer's expectations by delivering a high quality service.
Personal Drive and a pleasant, positive and enthusiastic, "can do" attitude, demonstrating an appropriate level of motivation. Good standard of dress and appearance - clean and well groomed.
