Reports to: Post Office Manager

Department: Property Management Services

Purpose: Serving customers in a wide range of transactions providing a high level of customer service at all times. Assisting in the efficient and accurate running of the Post Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Key holding
  • Cash handling
  • Handling customer queries and providing assistance when necessary
  • Banking shop lodgements
  • Balancing the office - daily and weekly
  • Staying up to date with new launches and products
  • Providing a positive impression of the company to our customers
  • To assist in the overall running of the business wherever possible

Educational qualifications: High numeracy and literacy skills. Applicants must be 18 years old and over.

Other relevant information: A degree of flexibility is required in the following areas:

  • Hours - extra may be required as the needs of the business dictates
