Reports to: Post Office Manager
Department: Property Management Services
Purpose: Serving customers in a wide range of transactions providing a high level of customer service at all times. Assisting in the efficient and accurate running of the Post Office.
Responsibilities:
- Key holding
- Cash handling
- Handling customer queries and providing assistance when necessary
- Banking shop lodgements
- Balancing the office - daily and weekly
- Staying up to date with new launches and products
- Providing a positive impression of the company to our customers
- To assist in the overall running of the business wherever possible
Educational qualifications: High numeracy and literacy skills. Applicants must be 18 years old and over.

Other relevant information: A degree of flexibility is required in the following areas:
- Hours - extra may be required as the needs of the business dictates
