The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Academy Coach to deliver 20 hours of high-quality coaching each week across our Academy age groups. The successful candidate will work closely with our Academy Manager and coaching team to plan, deliver, and review training sessions in line with our playing philosophy and development programme.

Experience required:
- FA Level 2/UEFA C Licence (or equivalent)
- Experience coaching within an Academy or youth football environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to engage and inspire young people
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- FA Youth Award or UEFA B Licence
- Experience using performance analysis tools
- First Aid and Safeguarding certifications
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver up to 20 hours of on-pitch coaching per week across assigned age groups
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate sessions that are age-appropriate and aligned with the Russell Martin Academy philosophy
- Support players’ technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development
- Provide feedback to Senior Management team in line with the RMA’s player review process
- Attend matches, tournaments, and relevant Academy events
- Work collaboratively with fellow coaches, medical staff, and support staff
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare responsibilities are met at all times
