Technical Solutions Consultant/12 months/fully remote/40 pounds an hour
- As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will help businesses through scaled service delivery & operations as a technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders.
- In the role you will act as an expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and help to resolve any technical issues that are raised.
- You will need to be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, using your analytical skills to find solutions to tackle client problems.
Responsibilities
- Build technical expertise in companies\’ various advertising products (Signals, Measurement, Delivery, …) and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues stemming from our client\’s usage of Meta advertising solutions.
- Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.
- Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure all support SLAs are met.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.
Skills
- 2 Years+ in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
- Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation.
- Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
- Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP.
- Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
