Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Project Coordinator to support key workstreams. This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, systems administration, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on Salesforce optimisation and Jira backlog management. You will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring requests are clearly defined, tracked, tested, and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Jira Backlog & Workflow Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Jira tickets
- Monitor queues, identify blockers, and ensure clear next steps for all items
- Maintain a structured and prioritised backlog
- Salesforce Support & Optimisation
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues (permissions, page layouts, workflows)
- Support ongoing system enhancements and feature releases
- Provide hands-on support to internal users
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary contact for incoming requests
- Gather and clarify requirements from business teams
- Provide regular updates to ensure transparency and progress
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Lead testing for new features and bug fixes
- Validate that solutions meet business requirements before release
- Document and track defects
- Agile Coordination
- Bridge communication between business and technical teams
- Ensure smooth delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce experience (essential) – Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Lightning preferred)
- Jira expertise – Experience managing high-volume ticket queues and backlogs
- Technical troubleshooting skills – Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly
- Strong communication skills – Comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail – Ability to identify gaps in requirements and drive clarity

- Experience in Agile environments
- Exposure to UAT processes and release cycles
- Background in technical coordination, PMO, or systems support roles
