6 months contract with possible extension. We're partnering with one of the world's leading travel technology organizations, powering millions of journeys and travel experiences globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer to join a highly innovative team focused on modern workplace technologies, automation, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining and evolving enterprise infrastructure while driving operational excellence through automation and intelligent workflows.
  • Managing Windows Server (2016–2022) and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Administering and supporting Microsoft Intune.
  • Supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including host pools, image management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Managing secure browser technologies and endpoint security policies.
  • Supporting Active Directory, identity management, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals.
  • Developing PowerShell automation for provisioning, patching, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Leveraging emerging Agentic AI technologies to automate incident triage, self-healing processes, and administrative workflows.
  • Providing L2/L3 infrastructure support and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years' experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Systems Administration.
  • Strong experience with Windows Server and Windows endpoint administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and enterprise networking concepts.
  • Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Interest in AI-powered operations, workflow automation, and modern workplace technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Google Workspace administration experience.
  • Browser management and secure access technologies.
  • Azure Automation experience.
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows.
  • AZ-104 and/or AZ-140 certifications.
