As a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for healthcare professionals and patients seeking accurate, high quality medical information, delivering responses with expertise, care and precision across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat and more.
- Researching and responding to medical enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients across multiple channels in Swedish and English
- Accurately documenting enquiries and responses in line with relevant SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Identifying and reporting adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines
- Supporting second line activities including escalation management and content creation
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting wider Medical Information colleagues across countries
Requirements:
- A degree in a life sciences or healthcare related field
- Swedish language at C2 or fluent level, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly
- 1-2 years of medical information or relevant experience is preferred
