Job Title: Creative Production Project Manager / Content Strategist

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Production Project Manager who loves and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment. You will oversee global delivery of videos, GIFs, images, copy, and interactive ad units—acting as the central coordinator between designers, writers, editors, vendors, sales teams, and clients.

If you enjoy keeping multiple creative workstreams running smoothly, collaborating across time zones, and jumping in hands-on to make quick copy or Photoshop tweaks when needed, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own timelines, milestones, and delivery across global creative and interactive ad projects
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, editors, vendors, sales partners, and clients
• Manage updates, reviews, and approvals using Slack, Asana/Jira, and Google Workspace
• Maintain clear, proactive communication that keeps all teams aligned
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure fast, efficient workflows
• Improve and streamline production processes for repeatable delivery
• Step in to support small creative tasks such as:
• Light copywriting
• Basic Photoshop tweaks
• Quick optimizations to keep projects moving

What You Bring

• 4–7 years of experience in creative or production-focused project management
• Strong understanding of creative workflows (copy, design, video, GIF production)
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across global teams
• Hands-on skills in Photoshop and light copywriting
• High proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace; familiarity with Asana, Jira or similar PM tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and client-facing teams
• Detail-oriented, fast-moving, solutions-driven communicator
• Genuine passion for Reddit and online communities
