We're looking for recruitment professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders, and have a passion for attracting exceptional talent through direct sourcing.
This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting a diverse portfolio of recruitment across multiple business areas while working within a collaborative and high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 30–35 live vacancies simultaneously.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of disciplines.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing and candidate attraction.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and proactive market mapping.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, providing expert recruitment advice and market insights.
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage recruitment activity with minimal reliance on agencies, supporting a 95% direct sourcing model.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practice.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience delivering high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
- The ability to successfully manage 30–35 concurrent vacancies.
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Excellent candidate attraction and talent pipelining skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience.
- A proactive, consultative approach with the confidence to influence hiring managers.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience working in fast-paced internal recruitment or Talent Acquisition teams.
Highly Desirable:
