About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives for the gaming vertical across EMEA. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative marketer who understands the gaming ecosystem and can deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns to a highly sophisticated audience of performance marketers and digital-native businesses. You will play a key role in shaping and executing multi-country marketing programs, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple EMEA markets
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and content
- Lead content marketing initiatives (articles, newsletters, video/audio series)
- Design marketing strategies targeting gaming companies, publishers, and advertisers
- Manage projects end-to-end: from strategy to execution and optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing performance
- Drive innovation and bring fresh ideas to marketing programs
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within gaming
- Proven track record in performance operations
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem in EMEA
- Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing impact
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in a newly formed team
- Experience working across international teams
