About the Role
We are looking for an organised and motivated Recruiter to support our client's Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month contract, to focus initially on an Early Careers hiring project. Our client is a prestigious sporting brand with a growing presence in Europe. Success on this project could lead to an extension of the contract and possibly the opportunity to support more of our global clients and to identify leading talent across Europe.
You will help recruit graduates, interns and placement students, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process. The role involves working closely with hiring managers, universities and internal teams to attract and hire early career talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for graduate, internship and placement roles
- Review and shortlist job applications
- Conduct video screening calls with candidates
- Organise and coordinate assessment days, interviews and recruitment events
- Support university careers fairs, virtual events and networking sessions
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Maintain accurate recruitment records using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support onboarding activities for new starters
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience 2 years + experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Confident speaking with candidates and stakeholders virtually and in person
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
Desirable
- Experience supporting graduate or internship recruitment
- Experience organising assessment centres or recruitment events
- Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing
