I’m currently working with a global client looking to appoint an experienced Content Adaptation Manager on an initial 12-month contract based in London. This role will focus on managing the delivery of high-quality creative and content adaptations across multiple markets and channels, working closely with agency partners and cross-functional customer engagement teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end content adaptation process
- Coordinating with agency partners to deliver creative adaptations
- Collaborating with CX, engagement, and channel stakeholders
- Managing approvals, feedback, and delivery timelines
- Supporting efficient adaptation workflows and processes
Required experience:
- Background in content adaptation, localisation, creative operations, or campaign/project management
- Strong stakeholder and agency management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience within CX, digital marketing, or omnichannel environments is advantageous
- Fluent English required
- French language skills highly desirable
