Client Solutions Manager (Contract)
Location: Hybrid β 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (UK)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Β£45.19 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to partner with major retail clients and deliver data-driven digital marketing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in social advertising platforms, campaign execution, performance optimization, and client consultation.
You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and maximize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing solutions focused on delivering measurable business results.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Build and execute media and creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Define measurement frameworks, tracking methodologies, and reporting strategies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and increase ROI.
- Manage campaigns directly within advertising platforms and oversee execution.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and present recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with sales, measurement, creative, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6β10 years of experience in digital marketing, media, performance marketing, or client solutions roles.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns within Ads Manager platforms.
- Strong performance marketing/direct response (DR) background.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within retail and/or e-commerce sectors.
- Exposure to consultative sales environments.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows.
